The Rolled Cashew Baklava is filled with finely-ground dry-roasted cashews. A single sheet of our homemade filo dough is used for each roll. The bottom third of the sheet is folded over a stainless steel rod, and cashews are spread in a straight line just in front of the rod. The sheet is then tightly rolled with the help of the rod and then cut into 2-inch rolls.

The rolls are brushed with clarified butter and over-baked for a "toasted" cashew flavor.
